Welcome to my personal portfolio and blog! My journey into the world of Product Management has been anything but traditional. During my study to become a Pharmacist, I honed my interpersonal skills working in the vibrant world of hospitality and cocktail bars. Little did I know, this experience would later deepen my empathetic side, but also increase my frustration at the outdated products and software plaguing professionals in the field.

My time in pharmacy illuminated the glaring inefficiencies in workflows, the constant bottlenecks in servicing, and the burden of administrative tasks. Fuelled by a desire to make a meaningful impact, I embarked on a new path during the COVID-19 pandemic. Balancing full-time work as a pharmacist with full-time studies in Software Development, I set out to tackle problems worth solving and nurture my creative side.

My journey into tech began with a humble customer support role, but my curiosity and determination quickly propelled me into the world of Product Management, despite having no prior experience. The initial stages were a steep learning curve, a sentiment echoed by many of my colleagues. However, it's precisely these challenges that have fueled my passion for continuous growth and learning.
