Having worked with individuals from every walk of life, and being a person with ADHD myself, I know first hand the value of including all voices in design and problem solving. Without diverse perspectives, it's difficult to create a product that will delight customers. Through collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds, both in cross-functional teams and with user-involvement, we can create better systems and products that work for everyone. I’m passionate about making sure everyone's voice is heard and that all perspectives are valued.
